Phil Le Dorze

Phil moved to the US from his native France in 1979. He combines a mix of classical European basics with modern American jumping in his training style. He also oversees all aspects of the Ios Ranch farm business, managing the pastures, hay fields and horses at our multiple locations

Jenni Wymer 

Jenni, a Bainbridge native, has been training horses for Ios Ranch since 2010. Her winning record includes Championships from Canada to California. Young horses she has trained and sold are winning for amateurs and professionals.

Rebecca Parker Black

Rebecca trains dressage horses and riders at Ios Ranch and other locales, by appointment. She is a USDF Bronze, Silver and Gold Medalist.
